Description: The Rotaract Club of Downtown San Diego hosted “Ace of Hearts, Afloat” aboard the historical Berkeley Ship at the San Diego Maritime Museum. This casino themed event benefited the locally based Hydrologic Research Center, a nonprofit organization committed to raising awareness about its global program to reduce deaths, disease, and economic impacts caused by flash flooding.
