Description: Bar West, known for its upscale flair and vintage vibrancy, has managed to merge all the fundamentals we love about Pacific Beach into one chic gathering without the irritating elements that follow the rituals of a "house party;" i.e.: risky restrooms and the "off-limits" liquor cabinet.
